Georgia State University  Psychology Clinic

The Psychology Clinic is the primary training site for Georgia State University’s graduate program in clinical psychology. The Clinic offers high quality and affordable psychological services to adults, children, adolescents, families and couples from the greater Atlanta area. Counseling and assessment services are provided by doctoral graduate students supervised by licensed psychologists.

Our program is dedicated to training clinical psychologists committed to social justice. We aim to create systemic change through advocacy, multicultural education and practice, investing in marginalized communities, and addressing the mental health needs of those harmed by racism, violence, and marginalization in all its forms. CURRENT SERVICES

The Psychology Clinic is currently offering:

  • Educational and psychodiagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents and adults;
  • Adult counseling, including individual and couples therapy;
  • Child and adolescent counseling, including individual and family therapy;
  • An emotion Regulation Group for children, including parent training;
  • A skills-based group for adults based on DBT; and
  • Services in Spanish for adults and adolescents.

Psychological evaluations are conducted in-person at our clinic on the GSU campus. Counseling services are provided in-person at our clinic or via teleconferencing (telehealth).
